Steel and Stone #3
Commissioned by a Rhode Island client who vacations Nova Scotia, this piece incorporates beach stones found in both locations in its entwined stainless steel spirals. The organic nature of this work suggests the stones were lifted upward as the tree-like steel grew out of the earth. The topmost stone is naturally heart-shaped.
